If the Customer Received an Item in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered, please mail us at care@wowsell.in with your order number and a couple of pictures of the damaged product within 24-48 Hours of delivery

Return & Refund

• Return requests is to be placed within 7 Days of product delivery.
• Customers can go to their Order Detail page from My Account section and can place Return Request. The Return request button will only be available for 7 days after the Product gets delivered.
• If you’re facing any Difficulties in requesting Refund or Return you can either contact us on our care number+91 8141299891 between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days a week, or mail us at care@wowsell.in 
• In case of return you’ll get full refund via the payment link we’ll share with you. You can redeem your refund either with UPI or Netbanking.
• You’ll Will Receive Refund Within 24 hours after the Return Product Reaches our Warehouse.

Cancellation

• A customer can cancel the order only within 24 hours of placing the order & not beyond 24 hours
• In case of cancellation and the order Placed is Prepaid, the refund might take 2-3 working days to reflect in the customer’s account from the date of cancellation

Color and Description Discrepancy

The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details, and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online.
